Hiring senior leaders and managers who have the correct technical capabilities is important. Hiring senior leaders and managers with the right attitude and cultural fit is CRITICAL.

We work collaboratively with clients to use valid psychometrics and approaches that align with their requirements and preferred instruments. Leveraging the assessment results in a 1.5 hr structured interview enables us to generate a comprehensive assessment of a candidate. We map the candidate’s assessment and interview results against critical competencies required for the role and generate a comprehensive report highlighting strengths and any potential “red flags”

Process

Following completion of the psychometric assessments, candidates undertake a 1 – 1.5 hr interview with the consultant. The semi-structured interview focuses largely on areas of concern flagged in the assessments that relate to the capabilities required of the role.

A comprehensive report is generated and a 1 hr debrief of the results undertaken with the client. Upon completion of the selection process candidates are provided the option of receiving a 1 hr debrief on their psychometric results.

360 Degree Assessment For Development

The majority of current executives and emerging talent have already been assessed multiple times over the course of their career and most believe they have a fairly good understanding of their strengths and opportunities. Regardless of whether they are high potentials on a clear succession path or senior executives in established roles, everyone has the potential to develop further. Enhancing self awareness is the starting point.

While multiple assessments can be undertaken to support development, one of the most common and insightful ways of gathering data to support the development of an executive is to undertake a 360 degree assessment of the individual. Collecting data from multiple feedback sources helps provide a rounded perspective of an individual, and can be used independently or (more commonly) in conjunction with personality data to identify developmental focus areas.
